We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team and help lead our projects and employees with integrity, vision, and care.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with senior management to independently manage projects from inception through completion

• Define and assign project team roles and responsibilities to maximize efficiency and accountability
• Facilitate permitting processes for residential and commercial projects throughout New Hampshire and neighboring regions
• Communicate with clients and government agencies in a professional manner

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a small team of engineers

• Utilize Carlson Civil Suite and AutoCAD for efficient, accurate drafting and design
• Apply HydroCAD and drainage expertise to deliver effective stormwater management solutions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential site design and permitting
• Professional Engineer (PE) license Preferred; however, we are open to candidates who are on the path to licensure and are committed to obtaining their PE within the first few years of employment. Support will be provided for the right candidate.
• Proficiency in Carlson Civil Suite and AutoCAD for design and drafting
• Experience with HydroCAD and stormwater/drainage design
• A leadership style that emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and accountability
• Self-starter with the ability to anticipate, plan, and manage project milestones
• Substantial field experience is desirable
